Terms of Service

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all game content, graphics, text, and software, is owned by Kingdom Wars or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms and update the "Effective Date." Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
